Workshops We Offer:

Please schedule a consultation with us today! We are happy to discuss your company’s mental health needs.

  • Teacher burnout is a growing and more prevalent phenomenon. Long hours, a high-pressure environment, and the intensive spending of energy, brainpower, and compassion all can lead to decreased health and well-being, particularly over many years. In this course, you will learn strategies to build healthy work-life harmony and self-care practices to improve your outlook and work inspiration. You will explore tools and strategies that help you identify sources of your burnout and techniques to prevent and reverse it. With the techniques you learn from this course, teachers will be better equipped to handle stressors and create a sustainable pathway toward wellness.

  • In this experiential learning workshop, participants will gain a deeper insight into implicit bias and the relevancy of building cultural competency within the school building. We will emphasize the importance of evaluating and shifting their understanding of microaggressions. Staff will also be able to elevate organizational awareness of its presence amongst leaders and peers. This workshop is built around vulnerable conversations and the willingness to expand the discussion on a challenging but needed topic.

Teachers will work in groups to practice managing civil and difficult conversations, along with implementing the usage of fearless feedback. We will also create dialogue around environmental and behavioral hostility, inclusion, allyship, and equity.

  • Today's students and teachers confront unprecedented difficulties and anxieties. If untreated, these worries and negative emotions might limit learning and disrupt students' development on any given day. Mindfulness and mindful practices are critical to providing children, families, and educators with the emotional, psychological, and cognitive coping abilities required to overcome such challenges and thrive in school. In this course, teachers will learn about mindfulness, its advantages, history, and practical tactics for implementing it in an educational context. Teachers will identify times during the day to include mindfulness in their classroom and investigate which approaches will be most beneficial for their specific student demographic. Furthermore, they will explore ways to make mindfulness a school-wide practice.

  • Workforce resilience is described as a company's capacity to absorb stress, regain vital functioning after unanticipated circumstances have harmed it, and, most significantly, in these difficult times, prosper in changing conditions. Wow, teachers need this more than ever!

Developing staff resilience entails changing long-standing systems and caring for teachers’ well-being. As the school’s most precious asset, it is critical that teachers are engaged, motivated, and productive.

  • This course examines the concept of Work-Life Harmony, rather than thinking about Work-Life Balance, in that we are trying to bring together two arenas, work and family. Sometimes, work will demand more time and energy, and at other times, our personal life, or home, will demand priority. However, the ability to shape both areas together, according to their needs, rather than forcing balance, allows educators to serve their students better. Studies show that stress among educators impacts students' learning and well-being. We will specifically focus on ways to create harmony while teaching.

  • Teachers often work on grade level and or building teams. Establishing a safe culture where each team member's voice and ideas are respected and heard is essential to the school's ability to reach its goals and mission. When teams are more cohesive, there is an improvement in problem-solving skills, increased innovation, improved job satisfaction, increased collaboration, and team camaraderie.
